NEW OFFICE TELEPHONES / INTERCOM: A brand new phone and intercom system has been installed in the church office, and here is some information that you may find helpful. If you call when we are out of the office, you will be given a long list of options you can use. To bypass those options, simply press the extension you need. Here is a list:

101 Church Office (Maryann)
102 Senior Pastor Lettrich
104 Hope Stinson
106 Parish Nurse Dorothy Gallion
108 Bob Horsley

When you call the office, we have the option now of sending you directly to the Pastors' voice mailboxes so confidential information can be given to them directly, rather than having a message written down. Don't hesitate to ask to be switched to a pastor's mailbox if you want to leave a personal message.

The intercom works differently, too! If you press an entry button downstairs, the speaker is only "open" for a few seconds. If we can't get to you immediately because we're taking a phone call or running a printer, please be patient and buzz again, giving us time to say hello! (In other words, when you buzzed the old intercom, we had a longer period of time in which we could answer and let you come in - now we have less time when the buzzer rings, so you may have to press more than once.)
